We adhere to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to personal data transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we process about individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, where such data is transferred to the United States under the DPF Principles.
2. Our Commitment to the DPF Principles
LSM Analytics LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. LSM Analytics LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, LSM Analytics LLC commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.

Independent Recourse Mechanism: We have further committed to cooperate with data protection authorities (DPA) in the European Union / European Economic Area, the United Kingdom (and/or, as applicable, Gibraltar) to resolve DPF-related complaints.
Binding Arbitration: Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration as a final recourse.
FTC Jurisdiction: Our compliance with the DPF is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
10. Onward Transfers and Liability
LSM Analytics LLC does not plan to transfer personal data to third parties.
If in the future we transfer personal data to a third party acting as our agent, we will do so in compliance with the Accountability for Onward Transfer Principle of the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. We will remain liable under the DPF Principles if such an agent processes personal data in a manner inconsistent with those Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
